What you enter yourself. If you send an enquiry about a Monrik Evening, we receive your name, email address, any phone number, preferred date, number of guests and whatever you write in the message field. The contact form and the trade form work the same way.
The newsletter has two separate lists. If you sign up for the general newsletter, we receive your first name and email address. If you sign up for Monrik Trade, which is for restaurants and wine bars, we receive your first and last name, company, email address and, if you give it, your role.
Four further things are recorded automatically with every submission: which language version of the form you used, which list you signed up for, which page you signed up from, and your IP address. The IP address is stored by Netlify alongside the submission and cannot be switched off in the service. We make no use of it.
We do not buy lists, and we do not gather information about you from other sources.
