monrikwines.com is run by Monrik Wines AS, company number 932 926 377. The site presents the wines we import and the work behind them. It is not a shop, and nothing can be ordered or paid for here.

The content is intended for people over 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the forms on this site.

In Norway the wines are sold to private customers exclusively through Vinmonopolet. Price, stock and delivery are set and stated by Vinmonopolet. We have no influence over which shops carry which wines, and we cannot sell you a bottle directly.

The product numbers on this site are there to help you find the wine at Vinmonopolet. Vintages change, and a product number can move to the next vintage before we manage to update the page.

Restaurants, wine bars and others holding a Norwegian licence can buy directly from us or order through Nordic Beverage Solution in Vestby. A price list is sent on request and quoted excluding VAT. Prices, minimum orders and delivery terms are agreed case by case and confirmed in writing.

We reserve the right to decline an order if a licence cannot be documented, or if the wine is unavailable.

Monrik Evenings are private tastings for groups, normally six to twelve people. Booking is not automatic. You send an enquiry, we answer, and the date is only fixed once we have confirmed it in writing by email.

Price, content, cancellation deadline and any dietary needs are agreed in that same exchange and set out in the confirmation you receive. That confirmation is what applies between us, not this page.

Guests cannot bring their own wine. Alcohol is not served to anyone under 18.

Text, images, film and graphics on this site belong to Monrik Wines AS or to the producers we work with. You are welcome to quote us with a credit and a link.

Press and trade press may use images and text from the press room when writing about the wines. For any other use, ask us first — we usually say yes.

We do our best to keep vintages, product numbers and tasting notes correct, but wine is perishable and lists change. We reserve the right to errors and to changes in the range. Where this site and Vinmonopolet’s own information differ, Vinmonopolet applies.

We are not liable for losses arising from the site being down or containing an error.

Norwegian law applies. Should a dispute arise that we cannot settle between us, Oslo District Court is the venue. As a consumer you may also contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet).
