The wines

The vines stand one to a pit dug into volcanic ash, and the oldest on the island have been bearing fruit for more than two hundred years. No machine reaches into a pit; everything is picked by hand. The ash leaves a salted, mineral line through the glass.

Most of it is Malvasía Volcánica on its own roots. Beside it stand Listán Blanco, Diego and Listán Negro. All of it is spontaneously fermented.

The lots are small. Some vintages arrive once and never again.
